Bidwell.auction is a web-based auction service provider that works with individuals and organizations to enable, simplify and manage their fundraising activities and communications with donors. In order to facilitate this type of web-based auction service, we will be collecting and receiving data from donors, bidders, individuals, and organizations. This collection of data is governed by the Bidwell.auction Privacy Policy.
1. Overview of this Privacy Policy:
Bidwell.auction's Privacy Policy was drafted on April 6, 2021. Its purpose is to give users of Bidwell.auction website detailed knowledge and understanding of how we utilize personally identifiable information we collect from donors, bidders, individuals, consumers, and organizations who use the services of Bidwell.auction, as well as the information that we acquire in the course of our business.

From time to time, Bidwell.auction may also send announcements and periodic notices about specials deals, new products, and services. Your personally identifiable consumer information is used only to process payment transactions. Your information will not be used for any other purpose.
3. Information Collection and Processing Transaction -- How It Works:
When we process a transaction from a donor or individual, we receive and collect information related to the transaction. This typically includes the transactional information related to the payment that the individual consumer has furnished to the donor organization in placing the bid or order. For example, the personally identifiable information may include the dollar amount of the transaction, the individual consumer's name, email, credit card number, and expiration date, checking account number, and billing address. Unless requested by the user to store for future use, no credit card or checking account numbers are permanently stored on Bidwell.auction servers, and said information is deleted immediately upon removal from recurring billing.

Bidwell.auction will not sell personally identifiable information to third parties.

7. Requests For Deletion of Information
Upon your request, Bidwell.auction will delete any and all of the personal information we collected on you and stored within our systems.
