Ticketing Events
While all auctions that you create with BidWell are free, there is an option to charge an entry fee, depending on the type of event you're hosting. BidWell allows you to do this by adding tickets to an event, which will require an attendee to purchase a ticket before they can view and bid on auctioned items.
To add tickets to an event, start by selecting an existing event, click on "Tickets", then click on "Add New" in the upper right corner.
Enter the ticket name, the price of the ticket, and the quantity available. You can increase the number of entries that each ticket permits by checking the box next to "Multi-entry ticket" and then selecting the number of entries.
Once you're happy with the details of the ticket, click "Submit."
You can edit the details of the ticket or delete it entirely by clicking the corresponding buttons on the ticket management page.
